In today’s world, it is more important than ever to come together as allies to support and uplift marginalized communities. Allyship means actively using your privilege and power to stand up for and advocate for those who face systemic oppression and discrimination.

This workshop will provide you with the tools and knowledge necessary to become an effective ally. You will learn about the different forms of oppression, how to recognize them, and how to address them in a meaningful and productive way. We will also explore the importance of empathy, active listening, and self-reflection in allyship.

Through interactive activities and discussions, you will have the opportunity to practice allyship skills and engage with others in the workshop to build a supportive community. You will leave with a greater understanding of how to use your privilege and power to create positive change in your personal and professional life.
