From Middle-Manager to Leader: Developing the Skills to Inspire and Motivate your Team

For people of color, instead of climbing the ladder to the C-Suite it feels more like running the maze – confusing, demanding, rule changing and unsafe, with only a few making it all the way through. With current studies, for example, showing Black professionals make up just 1.2% of current Fortune 500 CEOs and if the Fortune 500 was reflective of U.S. demographics, there would be more than 65 Black CEOs (13.5%) leading America’s largest public companies.
