Dr. Tan Morales
Facilitator
Dr. Tan Morales currently serves as the Global Vice President of Talent Enablement for a FinTech company where she leads Learning & Development, Organizational Change, Performance, Talent & Succession, and Career for the enterprise.
She brings two decades of leadership and learning in the areas of Change & Innovation, Talent and Leadership Development, and Data & Analytics as she spent many years in the Finance vertical prior to making the move to the Human Resources space. She currently serves on two corporate and one non-profit board advancing and amplifying the voices of the underserved. She is also Faculty for the Executive Leadership Council and an adjunct professor for Northeastern University’s Masters of Human Resource Management program.
Dr. Tan holds a Doctorate in Leading Change and Innovation, Masters degrees and both Business and Psychology, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance/Accounting. Dr. Tan is passionate about aligning people and business strategy, enhancing innovation, and personal and professional development. She holds many internal and nationally recognized certifications including a Green Belt in Lean/Six Sigma methodology and lives in the greater metro Atlanta area with her children, ages nine and three.
Dr. Peter A. James
Facilitator and Executive Coach
Dr. Peter A. James is a certified and credentialed, executive and leadership coach who focuses on helping executives and businesses transform from high-performing to excellence. He specifically empowers leaders in order to help them overcome roadblocks, obstacles and hurdles so they can realize their business and career goals. With over 25 years of leadership experience, his background and education have allowed him to partner with individuals as they “shift their mindset” and crush their goals. Peter holds a B.S. in Psychology, an MBA, and a PhD in Organization & Management with a focus on corporate leadership.
Peter offers more than two decades of leadership-laden experience stretching from his service within the U.S. Army to his role as the Chair of the Business School within a university system and then as an entrepreneur. A quick review of his background and credentials will show that he has served as the catalyst for successful sales, corporate education and training, and process redesign initiatives, complemented by high-caliber leadership qualifications and a proven track record in delivering value to all of the organizations and customers in which he has served.
Peter’s goal is always to create remarkable outcomes in a client’s life, career, business, and organization. His expertise transcends three specific areas: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Leadership Development and Executive & Leadership Coaching. Through high-performance coaching (and facilitation), clients are not only able to deepen their learning, but also to heighten their awareness and performance, enhance their quality of life and realize their full potential. High-Performance coaching is grounded in the idea that all individuals (regardless of demographics) are capable of developing and improving their intellectual, emotional and creative capacities.
Bebuo Christianne Ewa
Executive Coach
Bebuo Christianne Ewa is the president and head coach of Christianne & Co. Coaching and an executive coach with Chief, Accomplishment Coaching and the Executive Leadership Council. Bebuo is also a social worker trained in behavior analysis and positive and cognitive psychology, significantly influencing her coaching methodology. When leaders work with Bebuo they take stock of their individual value, find internal evidence for their greatness, and pave a clear path toward their collective and individual goals.
Bebuo draws from years of experience and training in psychology, social work, ontology and behavioral management to cultivate high quality conversations that lead to breakthroughs. Bebuo invested over 3500 hours supporting C-level, Managing Director's, VP's, Founders and Managers, individually and in groups across various industries such as Startups, Finance, Government, Healthcare, Real Estate, Advertising and Entertainment earning her certification by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Bebuo holds a BA in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY) and an MS in Social Work from Fordham University.
Dr. Christopher Butts
Facilitator
Christopher C. Butts, Ed.D. is a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and corporate boards in both the private and public sectors on complex human resources and employee relations issues. With almost 25 years of leadership experience, he has developed, designed and facilitated more than 30,000 hours of training and strategic planning on leadership, diversity, equity and inclusion, emotional intelligence, change management, and many other topics. While facilitating offsite meetings, team building, or strategic planning meetings Butts always brings great energy and a passion to make a positive impact on every project.
Butts has secured contracts with numerous Fortune 500 companies and Federal Agencies providing executive coaching, developing curricula and case studies, delivering workshops, and facilitating strategic planning. He has held several leadership positions in his field, including Chief Learning Officer, The Executive Leadership Council; Professor in Human Resource Development, Bowie State University; Principal and Vice President, Careerstone Group, LLC; Vice President, K. Parks Consulting; and Manager, Office of Diversity and Adjunct Professor, Seminole State College of Florida.
Butts received a Master of Education in Higher Education degree and a Doctor of Education in Higher Education and Policy Studies degree from the University of Central Florida. His published work includes articles in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology Perspectives on Science and Practice journal and Diversity Executive magazine, a book chapter in Understanding and Managing Diversity, and another in Cross-Cultural Competence for a Twenty-First-Century Military.

Hakemia has over 18 years of corporate experience partnering with leaders and teams of Fortune 500 companies, startups, and nonprofit organizations facing talent development and retention challenges. Hakemia takes a systemic, intersectional, human-centric approach to her work to deliver tailored and sustainable solutions to global organizations like Shell Oil & Gas, The New York Times, Concentrix & more. Her formal credentials are, Masters in Science in Organizational Behavior & Executive Coaching, Licensed Spiritual Belief Therapist (LSBT), International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Emotional Intelligence and Certified Positive Psychology & Wellbeing Practitioner. On most days Hakemia enjoys long walks in her community with her 3 beautiful brown crowns (Neveah, Bradford Jr., & Siani) and indulges in all things Black culture while living in Atlanta, GA.
Le'Angela Ingram

Le’Angela Ingram brings over two decades of experience in various private, public, and academic organizations in the areas of Leadership Development, Staff Training, Change Management and Organization Development, Workforce Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility. She is uniquely qualified to support women in discovering their inherent excellence and power based on real-life experiences as a coach and skills development professional across cultures and countries for over two decades.
Le'Angela’s areas of expertise include Change Management, Staff Training and Development, Career Development, Organization Development, Human Resource Assessment and Workforce Diversity. Her work efforts focus on improved organization effectiveness, staff skills and employee commitment, and increased employee sensitivity to individual and cultural differences.
She is a Doctoral candidate in Leadership & Learning Organizations from Vanderbilt University (2023), and holds a Master’s in Applied Behavioral Science from The Johns Hopkins University and Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Howard University. Additionally, Le’Angela holds three coaching certificates; Certified Leader for Women, Leadership and Change Programs, Certified in MBTI and Change and Transition., EI-360 Feedback. She is the proud mother of two and the Nina of three as well as a proud Washingtonian who loves to travel and explore blue waters worldwide.
Ranieka Weston
Facilitator and Executive Coach
Ranieka Weston is a certified executive coach, facilitator, and keynote speaker who is eager to show up every day to support leaders at all levels to be the best version of themselves. Passionate about helping leaders thrive during the chaos and change, and empowering underrepresented professionals who may be struggling to contribute their opinions and ideas.
Ranieka offers insight from 25 years of experience, with small, mid-size and Fortune 500 companies. Ranieka has led operations, sales and talent management initiatives at Chubb Insurance Group, Eli Lilly, Astra Zeneca and United Therapeutics. As an executive coach, she has supported leaders in various industries including tech, healthcare, media, insurance, accounting, trade associations, non-profits, and a national union. Her area of expertise includes identifying and establishing boundaries, emotional agility, adult development, team development, and inclusive leadership. She also serves as adjunct faculty for American Management Association, is SHRM-SPC certified, and is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) PCC certified coach. She completed her coaching training at the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University.
In addition to individual coaching clients, executive teams have benefited from Ranieka’s expertise in creating supportive learning opportunities for leaders and managers to learn how transform and uplift potential in their own team members.
Ranieka currently serves on the board and is acting treasurer for a local non-profit and has served as a volunteer coach for the Virginia Public School system. She holds a MA in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University and a BS in Business Administration from Florida A&M University.
Richard Austin Walker

Richard Austin Walker (goes Austin) is an executive life coach and facilitator who partners with leaders who yearn for personal expansion to manifest their desires through forward-focused coaching.
